Tax Form 8879

IRS Form 8879 is the official electronic signature authorization you sign when a tax preparer files your tax return electronically on your behalf. This form tells the IRS that you’ve reviewed and approved your federal tax return—such as Form 1040—and allows your tax professional (known as an Electronic Return Originator or ERO) to submit it using a Personal Identification Number (PIN) instead of a handwritten signature.

General Information

Our in-house general information form will help speed up your tax preparation appointment.

Daycare Deductions - 2441

IRS Form 2441 is used to report your child and dependent care costs and to claim the Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit on your federal return. Many families use this form when they paid for daycare, babysitters, summer camps, or other qualifying care so they could work or look for work.

Rental Deductions

Schedule E (Form 1040) is the IRS schedule you use to report income and deductions from rental real estate and other passive income sources. It’s filed as part of your individual income tax return when you own rental property or receive certain pass-through income.

Homeowners Itemize

Schedule A (Form 1040) is used if you choose to itemize your deductions instead of taking the standard deduction. This can lower your taxable income when you have significant eligible expenses. Contact our team and we are happy to review your individual situation

Business Deductions

Schedule C (Form 1040) is used by sole proprietors and single-member LLC owners to report business income and expenses from self-employment. It determines your net business profit or loss for tax purposes.
